Cycling solves so many problems at once: it keeps you fit, it’s fast, cheap, reliable and good for the environment too! Getting on your bike is one of the easiest ways to keep fit. It’s a lot cheaper than gym membership and much more useful.

Walking Groups

Why Walk? Walking can help increase fitness and energy levels, assist weight loss, prevent and manage heart disease, strengthen bones, reduce stroke risk and diabetes, improve mental wellbeing, and much more!

 

Led Cycle Rides

Why Cycle? Cycling can help increase fitness and energy levels, help manage your weight, aid balance and coordination, strengthen you heart and reduce blood pressure, improve mental wellbeing, and much more!

 

Trail Maintenance

Saddlebags & Secateurs is a voluntary community scheme to encourage groups and individuals to use the Clay Trails from St Austell and to help keep them in good order.

Support and Training

We run a number of courses including training for emergency first aid, volunteer support riders and volunteer walk leaders.

 

Volunteering Opportunities

The Health Champion scheme offers the opportunity for volunteers to work with NHS projects that support the health of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly communities.
